Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident purchasing from PyFi. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. No explanation is required.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@pyfi.com within 30 calendar days of your purchase and include:
- the email address used for the purchase; and
- the name of the product or program purchased.
We may ask for your order number or other information needed to locate and verify the transaction. We will not require you to explain why you are requesting a refund.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. PyFi will submit the refund promptly, but your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
After a refund is issued, access to the refunded product, course, program, community, materials, recordings, software, live sessions, and related benefits may be discontinued.
Requests After 30 Days
Refund requests received more than 30 calendar days after the original purchase date are not eligible under this policy, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If you believe a payment was unauthorized or incorrect, please contact us first at support@pyfi.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights or remedies available to you under applicable law.
